The resort consists of 761 villas, nestled among 50 different buildings all provide an atmosphere reminiscent of Old Key West. All villas feature a private balcony with views of the lush landscaping, lake and/or waterways.
Studios (359 sq. ft.) are equipped to accommodate up to 4 people comfortably with 2 queen size beds, a table, chairs and feature a kitchenette complete with a microwave, refrigerator and wet bar.

One Bedroom Villas (942 sq. ft.) are equipped to sleep up to 4 people comfortably furnished with 1 king bed in a private bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area. Additional amenities include jetted bathtubs, 2 TVs, VCR, a fully equipped kitchen, washers and dryers.
Two Bedroom Villas (1,333 sq. ft.) are equipped to sleep up to 8 people comfortably furnished with a king bed in the master bedroom and 2 queen beds in the second bedroom. There is a sofa bed in the living room and a dining area. The Villas features two bathrooms, one with a jetted bathtub. Additional amenities include 3 TVs, VCR, a fully equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer.
